At CORE Health, our team of mental health and substance use counselors provide quality care to individuals of all ages. We offer therapy, medication management, coaching, and more, both in-person and via Telehealth. Our goal is to empower individuals to make positive choices and build healthier futures.
Our substance use treatment programs cater to both youth and adults, addressing the unique needs of each population. For youth, we offer individual and group therapy, vaping prevention education, and flexible meeting locations, including our ASCENT Youth Center. For adults, our outpatient program provides individual and group therapy, focusing on intervention and co-occurring mental health treatment.
