Thrive Well at ATA Bellevue features a high-intensity outpatient program running Monday through Friday, offering structured care that addresses physical health, nutrition, and mental wellness. Participants benefit from individualized therapy, yoga, meditation, and Dialectical Behavior Therapy skills groups, along with regular medical team consultations. This program typically spans two to four weeks, depending on individual progress.

For those needing more flexibility, our Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) provides three weekly group sessions with evening options available via telehealth. This program covers essential recovery components such as meditation, relapse prevention, and coping skills, extending over eight to twelve weeks.

Our Low Intensity Outpatient Program (LIOP) offers continued support with weekly 1.5-hour group sessions for three to six months. This program includes a co-occurring group to address mental health and trauma, and a relapse prevention group to explore and manage contributing factors to substance use.
