Our services include comprehensive substance use disorder assessments, DUI and deferred prosecution programs, and various outpatient options, ranging from standard outpatient care to intensive outpatient programs. We offer individual and group counseling, as well as continuing care to support long-term recovery. For adolescents, we provide specialized outpatient treatment to address the unique challenges faced by younger individuals.

To combat opioid addiction, we offer Medications to Treat Opioid Use Disorders (MOUD), including Methadone, Naltrexone, and Suboxone, integrated with dual disorder treatment for those with co-occurring mental health issues. Our outpatient services are available in Yakima, Ellensburg, and Pasco, while inpatient treatment and detoxification services are offered at our Crisis Triage Center/Sub-Acute Detox Facility.

Additionally, our Youth and Family Tree Services provide targeted support for young people and their families. To further extend our reach, we have a Hub and Spoke Team offering mobile outreach and substance use assessments, specifically designed to assist individuals struggling with opioid use.
