Northwest Resources II Inc. is a Washington State Certified Behavioral Health Agency with five locations specializing in Co-Occurring Treatment, which integrates substance use disorder and mental health services. By offering integrated treatment, we can more effectively support individuals and their families, leading to significantly improved recovery outcomes.
Since 1993, we have been serving the communities of Thurston and Mason Counties, including Olympia, Lacey, Tumwater, Shelton, Tenino, Chehalis, and Centralia. If you or someone you know is struggling with substance use, mental health issues, or co-occurring disorders, our team is here to help.
One of our key services is DUI assessments, required by courts, the Department of Licensing, or attorneys following a DUI charge. This assessment, guided by Washington State Administrative Code, involves diagnostic testing and an interview with a Chemical Dependency Professional. The process evaluates the individual’s alcohol/drug use history, biopsychosocial background, blood alcohol levels, and prior arrest history to determine the appropriate intervention level.
The assessment may result in one of three findings: insufficient evidence of substance abuse, a substance use disorder, or substance dependence. For those diagnosed with substance dependence, a Deferred Prosecution program may be available, offering a comprehensive two-year treatment plan. This program includes an initial phase of either inpatient or intensive outpatient treatment, followed by regular outpatient group sessions and mandatory attendance at community support groups like AA or NA.
Northwest Resources II Inc. is dedicated to providing compassionate, evidence-based care to help individuals navigate their journey to recovery.
