Northwest Resources II Inc. is a Washington State Certified Behavioral Health Agency with five locations that specialize in Co-Occurring Treatment, integrating substance use disorder and mental health services. By providing integrated care, we aim to better support individuals and their families, significantly enhancing recovery outcomes.

Serving the communities of Thurston and Mason Counties since 1993, including Olympia, Lacey, Tumwater, Shelton, Tenino, Chehalis, and Centralia, we are committed to helping those facing challenges related to substance use, mental health, or co-occurring disorders. Our services are designed to offer comprehensive care and support tailored to each individual's needs.

One of the key services we offer is DUI assessments, required by courts, the Department of Licensing, or attorneys following a DUI charge. This assessment process, guided by Washington State Administrative Code, involves diagnostic testing and an interview with a Chemical Dependency Professional. The assessment evaluates the individual’s alcohol or drug use history, biopsychosocial background, blood alcohol levels, and prior arrest history to determine the appropriate intervention level.

The outcomes of the assessment may range from insufficient evidence of substance abuse to a diagnosis of substance use disorder or substance dependence. For those diagnosed with substance dependence, we offer a Deferred Prosecution program, which is a comprehensive two-year treatment plan. This program includes an initial phase of inpatient or intensive outpatient treatment, followed by regular outpatient group sessions, and mandatory attendance at community support groups such as AA or NA.

Northwest Resources II Inc. is dedicated to providing compassionate, evidence-based care to help individuals and families navigate their journey to recovery.
