Our DUI Programs are designed to meet court-ordered or DMV-mandated requirements for individuals convicted of their first DUI or drug-related offense. We offer two levels of education: the 12-hour Level I program and the 21-hour Level II program.
The Level I DUI Program includes a one-hour individual evaluation, followed by 12 hours of classroom instruction. Classes involve lectures, videos, discussions, and group interactions, with a maximum class size of 15 participants. The cost is $316, plus a $2 online processing fee.
The Level II DUI Program is a more intensive 21-hour course designed for individuals with multiple offenses or prior participation in a DUI course. Like Level I, it includes a one-hour evaluation and classroom instruction. The cost for Level II is $466, with a $2 online processing fee.
Both programs are conducted in person at our Fort Lauderdale and Lauderdale Lakes locations, and they are available in English and Spanish. Due to Florida state regulations, DUI classes must be completed in a classroom setting within 90 days of enrollment. If not completed within this timeframe, re-enrollment and an additional fee will be required.
Please note that the courses cannot be completed online and must be taken in person, as mandated by state law.
