The North Florida Safety Council offers DUI programs licensed by the Department of Highway Safety and Motor Vehicles for individuals convicted of driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs. Students are required to register for the program in the county where they live, work, or attend school unless special exceptions are made. To complete the registration process, participants must provide their driver’s license number, arrest affidavit, test results or refusal, and citation (if available). Once pre-registered, the Council will contact students within two business days to schedule an appointment.

The DUI program offers two levels of courses. The Level I course is intended for individuals with a single alcohol- or drug-related traffic offense or a DUI reduced to reckless driving or refusal to test. The Level II course is designed for those with multiple offenses or prior completion of a Level I DUI program. Participants are required to pay non-refundable fees via Visa or Mastercard, acknowledging their agreement to program rules.

If false or misleading information is provided regarding previous substance-related driving offenses, the Council reserves the right to charge additional fees and require participation in the Level II program. Furthermore, participants are reminded that all patient information is protected by Federal Confidentiality Rules (42 CFR Part 2), which prevent disclosure without written consent.

For proof of enrollment, participants must visit the office during business hours to collect the necessary documentation after completing their registration.
