Our DUI Program offers state-approved Level I and Level II courses, designed to meet the requirements for individuals with DUI or related convictions.

The Level I DUI Course is a 12-hour program focused on substance abuse, traffic laws, and Florida statutes. It aims to educate participants about the dangers of drinking and driving, helping prevent future offenses. This course costs $335, which includes the class, evaluation, state assessment fee, driver risk inventory, and a Florida lifetime driving record. Level I is typically required for first-time DUI offenders or those with drug-related convictions. Participants must complete a one-hour evaluation and attend 12 hours of classroom instruction. Classes are available in English and Spanish.

The Level II DUI Course is a 21-hour program, offered in a small group setting of up to 15 participants. This interactive course focuses on problematic alcohol and drug use and prepares individuals for counseling. The fee is $495, covering the class, evaluation, state assessment fee, driver risk inventory, and a Florida lifetime driving record. Level II is required for individuals with multiple DUI offenses or drug convictions. It also includes a one-hour face-to-face evaluation and 21 hours of instruction. Classes are available on weeknights or weekends in both English and Spanish.

Please note, per Florida Statute, DUI courses must be completed in person within 90 days of enrollment. Online courses are not permitted. Registration requires specific documentation, including an arrest affidavit and driver's license history, both of which are included in the registration fee.
