Pride DUI Services has been a licensed provider of DUI programs in Florida since 1983, offering comprehensive services across convenient locations in Palm Beach County. Designed to meet state requirements, Pride provides two levels of DUI programs based on individual needs and past offenses.

The Level I program is intended for first-time offenders or those charged with related offenses like Reckless Driving, Boating Under the Influence, or drug-related charges. It includes 12 hours of educational classes and a face-to-face evaluation with certified professionals. This program focuses on understanding DUI laws, penalties, and the psychological aspects of decision-making related to alcohol use.

For individuals with prior offenses or those who have already completed Level I, the Level II program offers a more intensive experience. It consists of 21 hours of group-based education and a face-to-face evaluation. Both programs emphasize legal knowledge, self-reflection, and behavioral change to prevent future offenses.

Enrollment is available online or in-person at Pride's West Palm Beach and Delray Beach locations. The fees for each program include the cost of classes, evaluations, and necessary documentation, such as a lifetime Florida driving record and testing fees. Participants must complete all required components within 90 days to avoid loss of driving privileges and the need to re-enroll.

Pride DUI Services is committed to helping participants successfully navigate the legal and personal aspects of DUI-related charges through education and support.
