The Pinellas County DUI Program offers a secure online registration process for individuals residing, working, or attending school in the county. To register, participants must provide essential documents, including proof of identification, a copy of the citation, arrest affidavit, test results, and court judgment if available. Those licensed out of state or with a DUI that occurred outside Florida are required to contact the program for guidance to ensure compliance with varying state regulations, which can prevent delays or additional fees.

The program includes both Level I and Level II courses, depending on the severity of the offense. Level I costs $358.63, while Level II costs $524.23. These fees cover the program, a Florida lifetime driving record, and other services. Out-of-state driving records incur additional costs. Both levels require an evaluation with a certified evaluator and an education class taught by a certified instructor. Evaluations are scheduled prior to classes when possible, with services available at Clearwater and St. Petersburg locations.

Participants are expected to demonstrate appropriate behavior, attire, and sobriety throughout all program phases. Violations can result in dismissal and notification to the relevant authorities. The program ensures the confidentiality of all drug and alcohol-related information under federal law, which prohibits unauthorized disclosure without written consent.
