DUI Services Overview

Our Center for Specialized Addiction Services is dedicated to assisting individuals who have been convicted of a DUI and lost their driver's license. We offer a range of treatment programs and support groups designed to help clients regain their driving privileges while addressing underlying issues related to substance use. Conveniently located in Paducah, Mayfield, and Murray, KY, our services include evening group sessions to accommodate diverse schedules.

We provide two primary group programs: Prime for Life and Prime for Life for Zero Tolerance. The Prime for Life program is a comprehensive 20-hour adult education initiative aimed at helping participants recognize and modify high-risk behaviors. This course typically spans seven sessions, allowing completion within two to three weeks. For younger clients under 21, our Prime for Life for Zero Tolerance program focuses on reducing the risks associated with underage drinking and drug use. This five-week curriculum emphasizes the importance of making safe choices to protect one's health and future.

We strive to make our services accessible, with fees structured to accommodate various needs. The original assessment is $40, while the Prime for Life program costs $225. Individual outpatient treatment sessions are priced at $40 per hour, and group sessions are offered at $20 per hour. Through our programs, we aim to empower individuals to make positive changes and successfully navigate the challenges of recovery.
