At KRCC, we recognize the serious implications of a DUI charge and are committed to providing comprehensive services to support individuals in making safer choices. Our approach begins with a thorough assessment, incorporating a clinical interview and the Kentucky Assessment Battery to understand each person's unique needs. This information enables us to create a tailored treatment plan that addresses specific circumstances.

Our 20-hour pre-treatment program prepares participants for outpatient therapy, which can be conducted in either group or individual settings. Our licensed therapists utilize evidence-based practices to help individuals explore the underlying causes of their DUI charges while developing healthier coping strategies. Should individuals require a higher level of care or seek alternative programs, we facilitate referrals to specialized residential treatment centers that focus on substance use disorders.

All DUI services are offered at our outpatient offices, though participation requires a referral from the courts or another DUI program. This referral process ensures that we can accurately identify and prioritize those in need of our services.
