DUI Services at the Lighthouse
If you've received a DUI in Kentucky, navigating the legal requirements can be daunting, but the Lighthouse is here to guide you through the process with dignity and respect. All Kentucky residents, regardless of where they received their DUI, must complete a DUI Assessment conducted by a Certified DUI Assessor. To schedule your assessment, you’ll need to provide two key documents if your DUI occurred in Kentucky: a copy of your Uniform Citation and the AOC-494 Form, which you receive at your court date. For DUIs from Ohio, only the Uniform Citation is required.
The DUI Assessment fee is $90 for Kentucky and Ohio residents, while West Virginia residents will pay $110. Payment must be made prior to scheduling, and if using a card, an additional processing fee will apply. Our one-on-one sessions are available Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM, and treatment courses are offered at $45 per session. Depending on your offense, requirements may vary: a first offense typically involves 8-10 sessions, while a second offense mandates a minimum six-month treatment program.
Compliance is crucial; attending only one session per week is permitted, and failure to maintain contact for 30 days may result in non-compliance, requiring a new assessment. Our dedicated team is committed to working closely with you to ensure you successfully complete your program. Some insurance plans may cover treatment costs, and group sessions may be introduced based on demand.
