New Hope Counseling & Recovery (NHCR) offers comprehensive outpatient behavioral health services tailored to address a range of conditions. Clients engage with trained clinicians to develop essential skills that foster a healthier lifestyle while managing their family, professional, and social commitments. The outpatient services encompass specialized group therapy, individual therapy, case management, and family support, all accessible through a structured admission process.
For adults, NHCR provides a diverse range of mental health services, including Anger Management, Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), grief counseling, anxiety, and depression support. Additional offerings include Parenting Classes based on the Love and Logic model, DUI programs for first-time to three-time offenders, and stress management. Couples and family therapy are also integral components of the adult outpatient services.
For those facing substance use dependency, NHCR's Adult Intensive Outpatient Services (IOP) are designed to support recovery. The treatment program spans six months, beginning with a three-month Phase 1 that employs the Matrix Model, an evidence-based curriculum aimed at promoting sober living. Phase 2 continues with an additional three months of aftercare support, during which participants undergo random drug screenings to ensure accountability.
Additionally, NHCR provides Virtual Adult Intensive Outpatient Services, allowing clients to engage in treatment from the comfort of their home or office. This flexibility ensures that individuals can maintain their recovery journey while managing their daily lives.
