Midwest ADP: Comprehensive SATOP and Court Services

Midwest ADP provides a range of counseling and court-related services in the Kansas City metro area, specializing in the Substance Awareness Traffic Offender Program (SATOP). Whether you need to fulfill a court order, reinstate your driver’s license, or complete alcohol and drug education, Midwest ADP is here to make the process smooth and efficient.

SATOP is a structured, two-step process designed to assess and address substance-related traffic offenses. The first step is a SATOP screening, which includes a review of your driver record, BAC at the time of arrest, a computer-scored assessment test, and an interview with a substance use counselor. This evaluation determines which SATOP program level (ranging from a 10-hour education course to a 90-day intensive outpatient program) is required for your case. The screening process is simple and can be initiated online in about 30 minutes, followed by a brief telephone interview with a counselor.

Your SATOP screening remains valid for six months, after which it must be retaken if a program level has not been started. Additionally, individuals with a new alcohol- or drug-related traffic offense must undergo a new SATOP screening and pay all associated fees again.

In addition to SATOP, Midwest ADP offers supervised probation, outpatient treatment, and other court-mandated programs. Our goal is to provide professional, accessible, and supportive services to help individuals fulfill their legal requirements and regain control of their driving privileges. Visit our SATOP Screening page to get started today.
