The Impaired Driver Program (IDP) offered by Halo Network is an integral part of New York State's initiative to mitigate the damage caused by impaired driving. Approved by the Department of Motor Vehicles, this program is designed to educate and rehabilitate individuals convicted of driving under the influence (DUI), driving while intoxicated (DWI), or driving while ability impaired (DWAI). The primary goal of the Halo Network's IDP is to prevent repeat offenses and promote safe driving practices by helping participants make better driving decisions in the future. The program emphasizes education and behavior change, offering classes in both English and Spanish to accommodate a diverse range of participants. Through this program, Halo Network aims to contribute to safer roads by reducing the incidence of impaired driving and fostering a culture of responsibility among drivers.
