CosTran offers a range of services rooted in the Cognitive-Behavioral Model (CBT) and utilizes evidence-based treatment materials. Their programs include Moral Reconation Therapy (MRT), PRIME for Life (PFL), and a Change Counseling Program, available at flexible times throughout the week to accommodate clients’ schedules.

El Futuro’s Sin Ataduras (“Breaking Free”) program specifically addresses substance use prevention and treatment for high-risk Latino youth and adults. With over sixteen years of experience, El Futuro’s licensed counselors collaborate with various community partners to ensure culturally-responsive support. Recognizing that substance use is influenced by individual, family, and social contexts, the program provides education and resources for parents to help them identify early signs of misuse and access appropriate support.

El Futuro also offers bilingual substance abuse evaluations, including alcohol and DWI assessments. Evening treatment groups, conducted in Spanish, meet on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Fridays via video call, allowing participants to attend up to two classes per week. For those living out of state who receive a DWI in North Carolina, the program offers guidance on resolving their cases.

Assessment fees are set at $100, with additional costs for driving history and out-of-state reviews. Group treatment is priced at $25 per hour. To prepare for a substance abuse assessment, clients should bring a copy of their breath or blood alcohol concentration and a recent driving record. CosTran is dedicated to providing comprehensive support for individuals seeking help with substance use issues in a respectful and understanding environment.
