DWI Services Overview
Navigating the complexities of a Driving While Impaired (DWI) charge can be overwhelming and stressful. Christopher Roberts, LCSW, LCAS, offers expert guidance through this challenging process, drawing on his extensive experience and established connections with local attorneys, judges, and treatment facilities. He is dedicated to providing compassionate, confidential support while assisting clients in restoring their driving privileges. Certified by the State of North Carolina, Chris conducts both Pre-Trial and Post-Trial Assessments and DWI Treatment, ensuring that clients receive the necessary resources and recommendations tailored to their individual circumstances.
For those who have received a DWI in North Carolina but reside out of state, Chris provides specialized assistance to navigate the legal requirements from afar. Clients can expect a thorough assessment process, which includes reviewing pertinent documents such as BAC reports and driving records, followed by personalized recommendations for education or treatment programs. The DWI assessment lasts between 60 and 90 minutes, and the recommended actions are essential to comply with state regulations.
Participants in the DWI program must complete education or treatment courses, with options ranging from short-term education to inpatient treatment. Once completed, Chris’s office submits the necessary documentation to the DMV, facilitating the reinstatement of driving privileges. With a commitment to making the process as seamless as possible, Chris is ready to support you every step of the way, whether you are a local resident or living outside North Carolina.
