Outpatient Treatment at Caring Services Inc.

Caring Services Inc. offers tailored outpatient treatment programs that combine group and individual therapy to meet the unique needs of participants. This flexible approach allows individuals to engage in treatment while maintaining their personal and professional responsibilities. Outpatient treatment is particularly suited for those who have completed higher levels of care, such as detoxification or inpatient treatment, and is determined through a comprehensive clinical assessment by licensed professionals.

Participants in our outpatient program can expect to focus on several key goals: maintaining sobriety, understanding and accepting their substance use disorder diagnosis, improving personal relationships, and developing a balanced lifestyle. The individual treatment plan is created collaboratively with a counselor and may include various therapeutic techniques, such as Motivational Interviewing, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Dialectical Behavior Therapy.

For those requiring more intensive support, our Substance Abuse Intensive Outpatient Treatment Program provides structured group and individual sessions aimed at teaching early recovery and relapse prevention skills. This program is designed for individuals whose substance use is affecting their professional and social lives but who do not need inpatient care. Participants will engage in daily group sessions 3-5 days per week, focusing on building structure and accountability in their lives. The program typically lasts between nine and twelve weeks, depending on individual needs.

Entry into both outpatient and intensive outpatient programs is based on a thorough clinical assessment, ensuring that participants receive the appropriate level of care to support their recovery journey.
