Our Services
At Collaborative Hope, we offer a comprehensive range of therapeutic services designed to support individuals and families on their journey to wellness. Our Outpatient Therapy includes individual, family, marriage, and group sessions, with specialized Focus Groups addressing topics such as Domestic Violence, Healthy Living, Anger Management, Grief and Loss, Children of Incarcerated Parents, and Dual Diagnosis.
For those struggling with substance abuse, our Intensive Outpatient Program provides weekly individual and group sessions aimed at promoting abstinence from alcohol, illegal substances, and prescription drugs. Participants receive therapy from licensed or certified substance abuse counselors, along with mandatory drug screenings to ensure accountability.
We also offer Diagnostic Assessment and DWI Services, which include comprehensive DWI assessments, referrals for legal assistance, and both short- and long-term group sessions focused on abstinence and symptom management. Our program aims to restore revoked driver’s licenses while equipping participants with skills to manage stressors and triggers effectively.
In addition, we are proud to provide NC Licensed Therapeutic Residential Level III Services for adolescents aged 8-18. Our treatment model emphasizes Evidence-Based Practices and strength-based approaches, aiming to build restorative skills within a collaborative team framework. We are committed to instilling hope and working towards family reunification, embodying our mantra: "Helping our members live WELL... that's where we EXCEL."
