Outpatient Clinics at Freedom House Recovery Center

Freedom House Recovery Center operates outpatient clinics across Orange County, Durham County, Person County, and Warren County, offering a comprehensive continuum of care tailored to individuals managing behavioral health diagnoses. Our commitment to “meeting the client where they are” allows us to address needs promptly and reduce the risk of behavioral health crises. Our interdisciplinary team consists of licensed clinicians, peer support specialists, qualified professionals, nurses, physicians, and psychiatric nurse practitioners, enabling us to provide holistic, wraparound care that supports clients on their recovery journey.

Our outpatient clinics offer a wide range of substance use and mental health services designed to facilitate effective treatment and support. Services include a walk-in clinic for behavioral health evaluations, referrals, and care planning, as well as individual and group outpatient therapy. We also provide psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and medication-assisted treatment, including telepsychiatry services for court-mandated treatment. In addition, our peer support services connect clients to community resources and advocacy, fostering a supportive environment that promotes recovery. For individuals needing evaluations and treatment related to driving while impaired (DWI), we comply with North Carolina's requirements to ensure all services meet legal standards. At Freedom House Recovery Center, we strive to empower clients through compassionate and responsive care, guiding them towards lasting recovery and improved well-being.
