DWI Services Overview
True Outreach offers comprehensive support for individuals facing DWI charges, providing essential pre- and post-trial assessments, educational classes, and both short- and long-term treatment options. Our mission is to guide individuals through the judicial process while enhancing public understanding of DWI regulations and procedures. Based on the results of a DWI assessment, individuals may be eligible for various programs, including the Alcohol and Drug Traffic School (ADETS), which consists of a minimum of 16 hours of classroom instruction for first-time offenders with specific criteria, such as having a Blood Alcohol Concentration (BAC) of 0.14% or lower and not refusing a chemical test.
In addition to ADETS, True Outreach offers both short-term and long-term treatment options. The short-term program requires a minimum of 20 hours of treatment completed over at least 30 days, while the longer-term program consists of at least 40 hours of treatment spread over a minimum of 60 days. True Outreach also provides Driving While License Revoked Assessments to further assist clients in regaining their driving privileges. Our dedicated team is committed to helping individuals navigate their DWI situations with compassion and expertise, ensuring they receive the necessary education and support to move forward positively.
