DUI Program Overview
Axis’ DUI Program is dedicated to reducing DUI/DWAI behaviors and their consequences through personalized treatment designed to support clients on their path to a better life. Our program focuses on educating clients about substance use and driving, helping them gain awareness and implement practical solutions to avoid future offenses.
For clients referred by the court or the Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV), the program ensures adherence to specific regulations necessary for successful completion. The process begins with a comprehensive evaluation during which clients undergo an initial interview to review all court orders, DMV requirements, and program specifics.
Following this evaluation, an individualized treatment plan is created, tailored to each client’s needs. This plan guides them through the program, which includes attending group sessions held weekly. These sessions provide a supportive group environment where clients can engage with others facing similar challenges.
