All Seasons Counseling, LLC, is a licensed provider by the Office of Behavioral Health and the Department of Human Services of Colorado, offering DUI Level I and Level II Education and Treatment Tracks A, B, C, and D. Our credentialed professionals facilitate all group sessions with a primary focus on your success. Since January 1, 2014, Colorado's legal limits for impaired driving have been lowered, making it easier for individuals to be charged with a DUI or DWAI. A DWAI is now defined by a blood alcohol content (BAC) range of .05 to .079, while a DUI is .08 and higher.

Recognizing the ease with which one can be charged with an alcohol-related offense, especially under the new limits, All Seasons Counseling, LLC, offers support for those facing such charges, including those with previous offenses. We are conveniently located in Lakewood, Colorado, and provide flexible scheduling for our DUI groups, which are conducted entirely on Zoom, including initial intakes. We also welcome out-of-state clients or those wishing to transfer from other agencies.

The Department of Motor Vehicle plays a crucial role in the DUI process, and we can assist with the necessary paperwork to expedite the restoration of your driver’s license. To benefit from this service, clients must be enrolled in the required Level of Education and/or Therapy.

Cherie Smith, MA, LPC, EMDR, serves as the Director Clinician at All Seasons Counseling, LLC. With a background in working with at-risk adolescents and as a Mental Health Coordinator in the prison system, Cherie brings extensive experience in individual and group therapy for substance abuse and trauma. Her therapeutic approach emphasizes understanding each client’s unique life story, fostering internal awareness necessary for change and growth.

Cherie’s educational background includes a Bachelor of Arts in Biology from Metropolitan State College of Denver and a Master of Arts in Counseling from Colorado Christian University. She obtained her Professional Counselor Licensure in May 2012. Cherie’s philosophy centers on honoring the whole person and facilitating change through a strong therapeutic alliance.
