Being arrested for Driving Under the Influence (DUI) can be a daunting experience, marked by uncertainty and stress. Integrity Health and Wellness is here to guide you through this challenging process with a thorough understanding of Colorado's legal requirements and a supportive approach. We have established strong relationships with attorneys, probation departments, and courts across Colorado, ensuring that we can assist you effectively.
Under Colorado Revised Statute (CRS 42-2-132), completing a licensed Level I or Level II alcohol education and therapy program is mandatory. Navigating the legal maze involves interacting with over a dozen agencies, including the motor vehicle department, insurance companies, and the court system. Integrity Health and Wellness provides valuable information and assistance to help you manage these various requirements.
To begin, we recommend starting your Level 2 education before sentencing to get a head start. Our intake process, available both virtually and in person, includes a personal interview, an explanation of the court process, and the necessary paperwork. You can start classes on the same day as your intake. Our agency not only meets court requirements but also fosters lasting connections among clients through our group sessions, both virtual and in-person. We offer additional services such as private, couples, and family counseling, along with workshops and intensive sessions.
The Level 2 Education program spans 12 weeks with 24 hours of credit, available Monday through Saturday. The probation department will assess your needs and determine your treatment track based on your offense and BAC level. Integrity Health and Wellness supports all probation requirements and ensures that you receive the appropriate level of care.
