C.A.T.S. LLC (Certified Addiction Treatment for Substances) provides solution-centered treatment for individuals struggling with alcohol and substance abuse issues, as well as court-ordered treatment for substance-related offenses and domestic violence. Established in 1999, C.A.T.S. originally focused on helping adolescents make safer choices regarding drug and alcohol use. Recognizing that both adults and adolescents need support, the organization expanded its services to cater to a broader audience.

In 2014, after the founder retired, a long-term employee took over the agency, continuing its commitment to prioritizing clients’ needs. Under this new leadership, C.A.T.S. has maintained its reputation as one of the best treatment providers in Northern Colorado. The agency constantly evaluates and adapts its programs to address community needs, adding services such as a Relapse Prevention Program, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and partnerships with domestic violence counselors.

C.A.T.S. is a state-licensed facility with all counselors state-certified and interns working toward certification. The mission of C.A.T.S. is to educate adults and adolescents on making informed decisions about drugs, alcohol, and related issues, providing responsive non-residential treatment services. The organization operates with a commitment to treating everyone equally, regardless of race, religion, or financial status, and offers flexible fee arrangements.

Services at C.A.T.S. require an appointment and include DUI Level I and II Education and Therapy. The DUI programs use the Prime for Life and Prime Solutions curricula, which focus on reducing high-risk behaviors and promoting low-risk decisions. Level I Education is available once a month, while Level II Education and Therapy sessions are offered multiple times a week.

Client testimonials highlight the program’s effectiveness, with participants noting the personal and supportive nature of the sessions, the valuable insights gained, and the positive changes in their decision-making and lifestyle.

For those seeking compassionate and effective treatment, C.A.T.S. is dedicated to helping individuals reclaim their lives and make lasting, positive changes.
