At Solace Counseling, we are dedicated to supporting individuals facing mental health and addiction challenges with a range of specialized services. Our team of professionals is committed to tailoring programs to each individual's needs, emphasizing their success in overcoming difficulties.

We offer Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) for those who have not found relief from depression through conventional treatments. TMS uses magnetic fields to stimulate nerve cells in the brain, aiming to alleviate symptoms like fatigue, feelings of guilt, and impaired concentration.

Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) is another key service, designed to help clients address and resolve trauma. EMDR therapy works by processing emotional information through the brain’s Limbic system, fostering creative problem-solving and relief from anxiety, panic attacks, and excessive thinking.

Dynamic Mindfulness is incorporated into our therapy practices to help clients reduce stress and stay present. Research shows that mindfulness enhances therapy outcomes and can be particularly effective in treating personality disorders and preventing recurrent depression.

For individuals with dual diagnoses—experiencing both a mental illness and a substance use disorder—Solace Counseling offers integrated treatment. We provide concurrent psychiatric and chemical-dependency support, focusing on recovery and continuous education.

Additionally, our individual therapy services address various personal and emotional issues, from trauma to personal growth. With Master’s Level Licensed Therapists on staff, we ensure comprehensive care tailored to each client’s unique situation.

Our Medication Assisted Treatment (MAT) program combines medications like Buprenorphine and Naltrexone with therapy and counseling to manage substance use disorders effectively. Both our Dallas and Plano locations provide MAT to support patients in their journey towards recovery.
