At Centennial, we provide comprehensive support for individuals aged 11 and older dealing with substance use disorders. Our services are available across multiple locations, including outpatient offices, private residences, nursing facilities, supported residential housing, correctional institutions, and other community settings.
Our extensive range of services includes Dialectical Behavioral Therapy Skills (DBT), Level II Education and Therapy, Minors in Possession Treatment, and Relapse Prevention. We also offer Specialized Women's Treatment, Special Connections, Strategies for Self-Improvement and Change, and Seeking Safety Groups. For those in need of more intensive support, we provide UA Monitoring and Medication-Assisted Treatment (Suboxone) for opioid dependency. Our Level 4+ services ensure advanced care for severe cases.
In addition to these services, Centennial supports individuals in their recovery journey through Mark's Place and Carly's House Sober Living Facilities, which offer structured environments for those seeking to maintain their sobriety. Our Fort Morgan Sober Living Residences provide detailed guidance on what to bring, frequently asked questions, and application processes for those interested in joining our sober living programs.
