SummitStone Health Partners offers essential support for individuals facing DUI convictions with their DUI Level II Education and Therapy services. Recognizing that a DUI conviction is a challenging and costly experience, SummitStone provides affordable, reliable, and licensed DUI services with convenient walk-in, same-day access.

Upon release from jail, individuals will be assigned a treatment track by their probation officer based on factors such as Blood Alcohol Level (BAC), prior convictions, and other clinical indications. Most will be court-ordered to undergo DUI Education and Therapy and may also participate in Alternative Sentencing, which involves community service work instead of extended jail time.

The DUI Level II Education program includes 24 hours of classes over 12 weeks, typically conducted in group settings of about 12 participants. If Therapy is mandated, it follows the completion of the Education program and ranges from five to ten months, depending on the assigned treatment level. Therapy sessions are held for two hours weekly, accumulating a minimum of 42 hours over five months to a maximum of 86 hours over ten months. SummitStone counselors are equipped to identify underlying issues contributing to legal troubles and work collaboratively with clients to develop tailored treatment plans.

For those required to complete court-ordered DUI Education Level II and Therapy, SummitStone Health Partners is ready to assist.
