State of Grace Counseling is dedicated to fostering personal growth and wellness within our community, envisioning that individuals’ well-being and values contribute to the success of our local communities. As a Medicaid-approved provider for substance use and behavioral mental health disorders, we offer a comprehensive range of services tailored for both juveniles and adults. Our juvenile services include anger management, community-based programming, dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), anti-bullying education, family preservation, gang prevention, marijuana educational seminars, mental health evaluations, substance abuse treatment groups, victim awareness, school-based programming, therapeutic mentoring, and vocational assistance, among others.

For adults, we provide advanced relapse prevention, anger management, criminal and addictive thinking therapy, DBT, co-occurring group therapy, DUI Level II education and therapy, gang prevention, mental health evaluations, moral reconation therapy (MRT), relapse prevention, seeking safety programs, and various other substance abuse and mental health services. Our adult programs also include enhanced and intensive outpatient programming to meet diverse needs, ranging from one to nine or more hours weekly.
