The Canon Minimum Centers (CMC), situated on the East Canon Complex, consists of two distinct Level II facilities: Arrowhead Correctional Center (ACC) and Four Mile Correctional Center (FMCC). Both facilities operate under a unified administration. Since its opening in 1983, FMCC has functioned as a Level II, Minimum Restricted Facility with the capacity to house 521 inmates. The center is committed to maintaining a secure environment for the safety of the public, staff, volunteers, and inmates. It offers a variety of programs aimed at preparing inmates for reintegration into society, including academic and vocational training. Notable vocational programs at FMCC include the Gladiator Program, CDL Operating Training, and HVAC and Electrical Systems training. Inmates at FMCC also contribute to the Canon Warehouse and Correctional Industries operations, engaging in roles related to dairy, K9, heavy equipment, food service, grounds maintenance, and housekeeping.
