If you or a loved one is grappling with alcohol or drug use, help is available. Known medically as Substance Use Disorder, addiction is a progressive health issue that can stem from alcohol, prescription medications, street drugs, or other substances. Despite affecting over 20 million Americans, fewer than 10 percent receive the treatment they need.
To determine if you might need support, consider these questions: Have you felt the need to cut down on drinking or drug use? Has criticism about your substance use bothered you? Have you tried to stop but found it difficult? Does your substance use interfere with daily responsibilities or lead to risky behavior? If you answered "yes" to any of these, it might be time to seek help.
Our services offer a range of care options to support your recovery journey. Withdrawal management (detox) is available for those who need to stabilize medically while discontinuing substance use. Detox includes inpatient care with medication to ease withdrawal symptoms and cravings. The length of stay depends on the severity of symptoms and substance presence.
Outpatient treatment includes individual, group, family, and couples therapy, with specialized programs for adolescents and women. Intensive Outpatient Treatment (IOP) is often a next step after detox, featuring frequent sessions with recovery counselors to reinforce recovery practices and accountability.
Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT) is offered to reduce cravings and prevent relapse, with options like Vivitrol and Suboxone. MAT is complemented by therapy and support for ongoing recovery.
If you're ready to explore treatment options, our counselors are here to help guide you through the process.
